EnLink was engaged as an expert team in forensic detailed seismic assessment to support the body corporate in their litigation versus their insurance company. The project consisted of advanced computer modelling and seismic analysis ( i. e., pushover and non-linear time history analyses. Our detailed computer simulation revealed the presence of a critical structural damage in a hidden location, which was later confirmed in our intrusive site inspection.
EnLink team proudly contributed to the safety of the tenants of 11 apartments in that building by revealing structural vulnerabilities of the building. We strongly recommended seismic strengthening of the building.
